Coming Home: The 2024 CHHS Gala

Celebrate the unconditional love we receive from our pets by “Coming Home” with us on Monday, June 17th at The Country Club of Sapphire Valley!
This year, for the first time in five years, we are “coming home” to a very special place that hosted some of the most memorable and successful fundraisers in our history. Coming Home, the 2024 gala for the Cashiers-Highlands Humane Society, is Monday, June 17th at 5pm at The Country Club of Sapphire Valley. The evening will feature a live and silent auction combined with a magnificent dinner and beer, wine and spirits. Live auction items include an unforgettable one-week vacation in Sea Island, Georgia including tickets to the RSM Golf Classic, private dinner parties, an exclusive luncheon for 12 at the majestic Rockwood Lodge, and a once-in-a-lifetime falconry experience.
Coming Home is limited to just 200 guests. Tickets are $225 per person, $450 per couple. A portion of the ticket purchase is a generous, tax-deductible contribution to support our lifesaving mission of rescue, spay/neuter and adoption, and community outreach programs such as humane education, summer camps, rabies vaccination clinics, and a free food pet pantry. Paint Your Pet!
Cashiers Highlands Humane Society and PAWS Bryson City announce our first-ever joint fundraiser to support the animals at our no-kill shelters!
No painting skills necessary! Chances are, the less artistic you feel you may be, the more fun you will have! Just send us a head shot photo of your pampered pet when you register below and our artist partner with Be a Light Painting will have customized for you that evening a line drawing sketch of your pet on a 16” x 20” canvas ready for you to paint! Brushes, paints and aprons will all be supplied.
Join us for a fun-filled two hours of creativity and love for the four-legged members of our family! Attendance is limited, so register early!
